
We are looking for a Coffee&Tea Sourcing Logistics Manager who will be responsible for leading the CoE logistics team to ensure excellent service & cost optimization for the goods flow from commodity hubs to factories without compromising on reliability of supply. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland.
In this role you will be responsible for managing budget adherence for logistic activities as well as for execution of green coffee planners recommendations for supply gap mitigation. You will be first point of escalation for all logistics related topics and it will be your responsibility to maintain excellent quality of communication & documentation of all logistics flows.
Apart from this, a big part of your everyday tasks will be team management, shown through a strong focus on people development within logistics area and consistent improvement of their capabilities and engagement in the direct and indirect team.
Continuous improvement is one of the key areas in this role and throughout our organization. You will drive improvements and develop standards to optimizes team efficiency and productivity.
